A strength and balance fitness class for Seniors.
It is $2 per class. You can bring $20 to pay for 10 classes, I will keep track of the classes you have been to.
Please bring a water bottle.
When signing up for classes please only sign up for two classes a week at a time. If you would like to do a third class in one week, check the class the night before it would take place. Please join us if there is space.
